Our perspective.

Growth is a systems problem. Not a channel problem, not a tactics problem, not a headcount problem. The businesses that scale sustainably are the ones that build interconnected systems across monetization, lifecycle, analytics, and commercial operations.

Pivvott exists because most growth advisory is fragmented by function. There are pricing consultants, CRO agencies, retention platforms, and analytics vendors — but very few firms that understand how all of these systems need to work together. We fill that gap.

We're not trying to replace in-house teams. We work alongside them — bringing the cross-functional perspective and operational depth that's difficult to build internally when you're simultaneously running the business.

Operator experience.

Our team comes from operating roles — not agency backgrounds. We've held CRO, GM, VP Growth, and Head of Commercial seats in PE-backed consumer companies, growth-stage SaaS businesses, omnichannel retailers, and marketplace platforms.

We've managed P&Ls, built growth teams, designed pricing architectures, implemented attribution systems, and led the cross-functional alignment required to scale revenue operations.

That operator experience changes how we work. We understand the political dynamics of cross-functional growth. We know what it takes to get a pricing change approved by a board. We've lived the difference between a dashboard that looks good and one that drives decisions.

When we advise, it's from a position of having done it. That's why our recommendations are grounded in operational reality — not theoretical frameworks.

Commercial philosophy.

Revenue is a system, not a channel.

We don't optimize in isolation. Every engagement starts with understanding how acquisition, monetization, lifecycle, and analytics interact — and where those interactions break.

Measurement should drive decisions, not decorate dashboards.

We build analytics infrastructure that answers the questions executives actually need answered — not the ones that are easiest to track.

Retention is built, not recovered.

The best retention systems are designed into the product and customer experience from the beginning. Reactivation campaigns are a symptom, not a strategy.

Growth requires operational discipline.

Scaling isn't about adding more. It's about building the infrastructure, processes, and decision frameworks that allow a business to grow without compounding complexity.

How we work.

We maintain a deliberately small client roster. Each engagement receives senior-level attention — there is no junior associate layer between our operators and your team.

Engagements typically begin with a commercial diagnostic — a structured assessment of your revenue architecture, growth systems, and operational infrastructure. From there, we move into systems design and implementation support, working alongside your team to build what's needed.

We're not building a services factory. We're building a firm that does a small number of things at a high level — and we'd rather turn down work that's not a fit than dilute the quality of what we deliver.

Let's discuss the systems behind your growth.

Growth challenges are rarely isolated. We work with a small number of businesses at a time — founders, executives, and PE-backed operators navigating real commercial complexity.
